Pulling off a meal that serves hundreds of people is not free. We appreciate any and all financial support we receive to help make this a reality!

On average, it costs around $2,500 to make this event happen every year. We have a variety of amazing community members who step up and provide all kinds of in-kind services and volunteer efforts that help us reduce this cost...but we still have to buy ingredients and supplies.

Over the years, we have learned that it is much easier and simpler to get all of our ingredients from one place, and we now know that we can have everything delivered, without increasing the cost...making it that much easier to pull this massive meal off.

We are doing this a little differently this year...in the past, we have been happy to accept credit card and check donations to help offset the cost of the meal. This year, we are requesting Sams Club or Costco gift cards. You can purchase those gift cards online at the links below.
