What is DeKalb CommunityGiving Table?

CommunityGiving Table, formerly FriendsGiving, was created to connect with people in our community who battle loneliness and hopelessness during the Thanksgiving holiday. We started in 2014 in the seating area of a local coffee shop, then known as Jeremiah's Brewed Awakenings, feeding and connecting with more than 200 people. Over the years, we connected with more than 1,000 people in the Auburn area!

What's New This Year?

This year, 2024, we are celebrating the 10th Anniversary of DeKalb CommunityGiving Table! That's right...it's been 10 years of connecting people over turkey and all the fixings! We can't wait to see where the future takes us from here!
